James,

When you star to open the zip program, move your mouse on the icon of zip program and RIGHT-CLICK on it which brings you to new menu where you will see words "run as administrator" that you should click on that to open the zip software, then use that zip program with list of all zipped files to find and unzip the aircraft package TO any temporary file that you can create with name "Planes need to be install". From that temporary file, look at all files of the aircraft package and make sure the panel is compatible with your FSX.

Then copy the aircraft package from the temporary file into your FSX or FS2004. Then try it.

And get freeware WinRAR. It is better zip software

Thank you Ahoran, but as a mentioned to Peter I have all ready tried right clicking. There is no compatibility tab so I can't get to the box to check to run as administrator. Plus When I unzip the file to my main FSX directory, C:\FSX, this what I see. Eastern_Express_Beech_1900C_FSX_PAD.zip. For the Beech99 I get Eastern_Express_Beech_C99_FSX. Neither one shows up in FSX though.

first unzip to temporary folder and then copy the file from temporary folder to FSX

All the Dc-9s and 727s should work in FSX, they just haven't got specific models and dynamics for FSX, or thumbnails. I fly the 727 often in FSX with no issues.
